In October we had a group of volunteers come out to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal and help the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service collect seeds of native prairie plants inhabiting the Arsenal. On Saturday November 28th we are inviting volunteers to come back to the wildlife refuge to help plant some of the seeds that were collected earlier this fall and help Groundwork Denver and the USFWS continue to restore the natural habitat of one of the nation’s largest urban wildlife refuges.
