Groundwork Denver staff, Globeville residents and other volunteers were out at Globeville Landing Park on Saturday morning September 29, 2012 to help clean up the South Platte River Trail. Volunteers met at the Globeville Landing Park for check-in and project training.
Projects volunteers and Groundwork Denver staff worked on that morning included; painting, mulching, weeding, trash pick-up and debris removal from along the river trail.
This volunteer project was done in partnership with the Fall 2012 RiverSweep held by the Greenway Foundation and CH2M Hill.
